Access to the event

The possible participation days are:

• Wednesday, May 22nd - Thursday, May 23rd - Friday, May 24th, 2024
• Saturday, May 25th, 2024

⚠️ Due to the required motivation and potential fatigue involved, having prior volunteer experience at a previous edition of Viva Technology is recommended to participate throughout the entire event. Feel free to contact us for more information.

Time slots

Your team will be assigned to a group that will have its own mission schedules. As a result, you will have half a day off each day to fully enjoy the event.

• 8am → 1pm
• 10am → 3pm
• 1pm → 6pm

Captain

A team captain is responsible for a team of 10 volunteers throughout the duration of the event; therefore, their presence is mandatory for all 4 days. They are tasked with recruiting volunteers from their school and acting as their liaison with the organization. Their responsibilities include arranging their team's placement in mission zones and managing their break times.

⚠️ A video call will be arranged for captain requests to present and clarify the expected missions.
