Access to the Event

Participation days are flexible:

• Wednesday 11th, Thursday 12th, Friday 13th & Saturday 14th June 2025 (4 days)
• Wednesday 11th, Thursday 12th & Friday 13th June 2025 (3 BtoB days)
• Saturday 14th June 2025 (1 BtoC day)

⚠️   Due to the motivation required and potential fatigue, prior experience as a Volunteer in a previous edition of Viva Technology is recommended for participation in all 4 days of the event.

Shifts

Your team will be assigned to a group with specific mission schedules. Each day, you’ll have a half-day free to fully enjoy the event.

• Group A → 8 AM - 1 PM
• Group B → 10 AM - 3 PM
  
• Group C → 1 PM - 6 PM
  

Team Captain

A Team Captain is responsible for a team of about 10 Volunteers throughout the event and must be present for all 4 days. They are in charge of recruiting their Volunteers and managing their break times.

⚠️   A video conference will be organized with each Team Captain to present and clarify the expected missions.
